5. No Guarantee of Results

Outcomes vary based on individual effort, consistency, health status, and external factors. Aarovyam does not guarantee specific results from any service.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Follow instructions given by trainers or practitioners
Disclose relevant health conditions before sessions
Take full responsibility for your physical and mental well-being

Aarovyam is not liable for injuries or complications arising from nondisclosure or improper practice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, text, logos, designs, and materials belong exclusively to Aarovyam. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aarovyam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination of Access

Aarovyam reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate bookings without notice in cases of misconduct, policy violation, or misuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts of jurisdiction relevant to Aarovyam’s operational location shall have exclusive authority.
