Refund & Cancellation Policy

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

 

All payments made to Aarovyam are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

 

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Non-attendance

• Partial usage of services

• Personal, medical, or travel-related reasons

 

This policy exists due to advance planning, time allocation, and resource commitment.

 

 

Alternative Option (Credit-Based Adjustment)

 

Instead of a refund, Aarovyam may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

 

1. Session Rescheduling

    

   • Allowed only if informed at least 24 hours in advance

   • Subject to availability

2. Service Credit

    

   • Value equivalent credit may be issued

   • Credit must be used within a specified validity period

   • Credit is non-transferable and cannot be encashed

3. Program Adjustment

    

   • Adjustment into another service of equal or lesser value (price difference not refunded)

 

 

No-Shows

 

Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in complete forfeiture of the session amount.

 

 

Exceptions

 

Medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds will still not be issued.
